Based on the 50 concept sketches, I had discussion with Lilia Gomez Flores, a member of Dundee University IMPrints team to make analysis of the concepts of project possible outcomes.
We divided the concepts into groups:
- Existed: including realized services and conceptual designs, these ideas are existed but could be implanted into the project outcome;
- Digital device & physical life: including link human body to devices and link objects to devices, this group of concepts highlight devices’ emotional value and encourage active interaction between users and devices;
- Housekeeping: the service works as a “housekeeper” of various online accounts and manage online identities in one system;
- In one interface: users are able to holistically operate and check all personal data and identities (different pieces of one person) in one interface;
- Online activity tracker: track personal online activities across sites for users and show the result in information design graphic.
Lilia’s feedback helps me a lot to find the existed concepts quickly, group concepts according to forms and functions. We found that it might be meaningful to create emotional value and tangible interaction with online identities for people.
