Have a meeting with outcome

It’s so true that we always spend on huge amount of time having meeting without anything comes out (especially in China). The agenda is necessary, in the same time the approach to transform the plan into the outcomes of the meeting may be more important- otherwise it will just like what Hazel said, nothing happened.

Visual meeting, Phillip Joe introduced today may help a lot to deal with outcome problem of meetings, which mainly makes use of whiteboard to communicate with participants during discussions. What I consider one of the most useful things I learned today is the steps of active listening, editing on the fly and play back for efficient meetings. And in the afternoon we tried to role play our own client meeting tomorrow. It’s a good practice to make me feel that we’re going to meet truly important and real clients. The whole process includes before and after parts of client meeting needs to be valued much and actually there’re many things to be considered.
